AGENDA ATTACHMENT VIII <br /> PLATS FOR CONSIDERATION <br /> PRELIMINARY PLATS: <br /> A. Phils Ridge: This plain depicts division of a forty-five (45) <br /> acre tract into nine (9) lots. The property is situated south <br /> of SR #1005 near its junction with SR #1943. The subdivision <br /> proposes the property be served by a "Class B" private road. <br /> The Board of Education has reviewed this plat and made no <br /> adverse comment. The Health Department has stated each lot <br /> in the subdivision to be provisionably suitable for septic <br /> tanks. <br /> The Planning Board approved the preliminary plat November 21 , 1977. <br />
