Issuance. <br /> (a) Review hL County officers . Each application received by the <br /> es nate o '.cer slial.l, be promptly forwarded to the <br /> (inspection department) (sheriff' s department) (note: include <br /> all i terested departments which might have information) <br /> for r view. Such officers shall promptly make any comments <br /> and r commendations pertaining to the application and forward <br /> them° o the (officer or board described below) . <br /> (b) Licen. ing Agency. The application and any comments and <br /> " recom enclations relating thereto shall be considered by the <br /> (Boarl of County Commissioners) (building inspector) (other) , <br /> which shall then issue or deny the License pursuant to the <br /> following standards . <br /> (c) Standards The (officer or board designated in (b) above) <br /> s all issue the license unless it shall find that, the <br /> appl.i ant or any employee, partner, officer, or director <br /> of th applicant: <br /> (1) as been convicted within the Last three years of a felon <br /> r an act involving dishonesty, fraud, or deceit, whether <br /> (2) �"n this or any other state or jurisdiction; <br /> as been refused a License to do the type of work <br /> uthorized herein or has had such a license suspended <br /> r revoked by any local, state or federal government <br /> r agency and such government or agency has not subsequen <br /> aran.ted or restored such license; <br /> • (3) as knowingly made a false statement in the application; <br /> t-(4) �as failed to post the bond or other security required <br /> by Section 9. 3 <br /> [Note: See optional Section 9. ] <br />
