Note, <br /> for example, that the bonding provision (optional sec. 9) will be <br /> unsatisfactory in certain counties in which it will be difficult <br /> to identify an insurance company willing to write the bond. Be <br /> aware also that Chapter 703 is currently scheduled to terminate <br /> on July 1, 1.979, but the 1979 General Assembly is authorized to <br /> review experience under the law and enact further legislation <br /> on the subject as appears desirable. <br />
