The Board of Education hereby declares <br /> that i has determined that upon completion of the storage <br /> facili y now under construction at the Lincoln site, that the <br /> Lincoln gymnasium and shop building will no longer be necessary <br /> for school purposes , The Board of Education having further de- <br /> termin d that the disposal of said properties in fee simple is <br /> not in the long range interest of The Board of Education, but <br /> that a lease of said facilities for a minimum period of thirty <br /> (30) y ars is in the interest of The Board of Education. The <br /> Board of Education and The Town do hereby mutually agree that ti <br /> will e ter into a lease agreement for the Lincoln gymnasi.uin and <br /> shop blLilding for use for recreational and related purposes. <br /> 4. Joint Use and Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree tha <br /> the jo nt use and maintenance agreement referred to Paragraph 2. <br /> is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated- herein by <br /> reference to the same extent as if fully set forth herein, and <br /> that t e same shall be executed by the parties hereto. <br /> 5. Lease Agreement.
