Mr. Qar3 Giles, Architect for the proposed Animal Shelter, will <br /> review rlans for this project with the Board. <br /> 6. Repress tatives of the Animal Protection Society will discuss plans <br /> to fins ce the proposed Animal Shelter. (Agenda AttachmentIll) <br /> 7. The Finance Director will review tentative plans proposed for sale <br /> of school bands. <br /> 8. The Manager recommends an annual appropriation of $2,000 be provided <br /> to secure services of a Civil Preparedness Coordinator. <br /> (Agenda AttachmentlV) <br /> 9. The Man ger recommends approval of a new Annual Contributions Contract, <br /> for Sec ion 8 dousing, with the United States Department of Housing and <br /> Urban D velopment.
