A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, <br /> North arolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the <br /> regular place of meeting, at 10 :00 o 'clock a.m. , on Monday, <br /> November 7, 1977. <br /> Present: Commissioners Norman Gustaveson, Jan Pinnev, <br /> Norman Walker, Richard Whitted, and Donald T'7illhoit. <br /> Absent: None <br /> he following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLE FOR THE FINANCING BY <br /> RANGE COUNTY OF A PORTION OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF <br /> THE COST OF PAVING BAYBERRY DRIVE, AZALEA DRIVE, <br /> D AZALEA PLACE, ROADS LOCATED- IN SECTION I OF <br /> ORGAN CREEK HILLS SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN CHAPEL <br /> LILL TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> the Board of Count Commis <br /> Y sioners of Orange <br /> County has directed the County Manager to prepare a Preliminary <br /> Assessrn nt Role to contain a brief description of each lot, <br /> Parcel or tract of land assessed, the basis for the assessment, <br /> the amount assessed against each, the terms of payment , <br /> and the name of the owner of each lot, parcel or tract as <br /> far as this can be determined from the county tax records ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Manager has .reported that assess- <br /> ment role has been completed per the instructions of the County <br /> Commissi ners . <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> The County Manager shall file the assessment role as <br /> complete with the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of <br /> Orange C unty to be made available for public ,inspection. <br />
