M. <br /> 1. Persons not on this agenda having business to transact with the Board <br /> of Coun y Commissioners should make their presence known in order -that <br /> an appr priate time for them to be heard might be arranged. <br /> 2. Minutes of the Board meeting held October 18, 1977 are submitted for <br /> cons ide ration. <br /> 3. Mr. Mik Gaddis from the State Department of Personnel will review <br /> salary range recommendations made by that agency for county department <br /> heads. <br /> 4. Appoint Tents: <br /> A. Two vacancies, created by the resignations of Ms. Vickie Ward and <br /> Rev rend William Richardson, exist on the County Recreation Advisory <br /> Cou nil . <br /> B. Two vacancies, created by the resignations of Susan Forman and Harry <br /> Derr, exist on the Youth Services Task Force. <br /> Natalie Harris and Hans Hollingsworth have been recommended to fill <br /> these vacancies. <br /> 5. The Board should consider the proposals to raise the level of Lake Orange <br /> one foot. <br /> 6. The Department of Transportation recommends the road in Morgan Creek Hills <br /> Subdivision be added to the State Road System for maintenance. <br />
