ORANGE. COON TY,N.C. <br /> MENTAL HEALTH CENTER <br /> PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDIMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of Co€rmissioners , that the <br /> P,lental Health Center Project Ordinance adopted the Sixteenth Day of August, <br /> 1977 is amended to increase the total budget by nine thousand five hundred <br /> and three dollars ($9,503) by changing sections one, two and four to read <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. "'T'he sum of three hundred and eighty two Thousand three hundred <br /> and forty dollars ($382,340.00) be approporiated for construction cdntracts" <br /> 2. The sum of three thousand eight hundred and twenty three dollars <br /> ($3,823.00) be appropriated for contract contingencies" <br /> 4. "The sum of thirty six thousand one hundred and sixty three <br /> dollars ($36,163.00) is to be available from the General Fund." <br /> Adapted this the Eighteenth day of October, 1977. <br /> .,,1y <br />
