JANUS HOUSE shall submit requests for payment <br /> monthly. These requests shall be made on a form provided to JANC : <br /> HOUSE by COUNTY, which form shall be LEAA form "Detailed Cost <br /> Report and Request for Payment for I,EAA Grants," until further <br /> notice.
