Adjustment Notices, an... <br /> any subsequent conditions or requirements which may be unposed on <br /> COUNTY are hereby made a part of this contract. It is understood <br /> and agreed that COUNTY shall retain ultimate control and respon- <br /> sibility for the orange County Shelter Home and administration <br /> of the Subgrant Award. <br /> III. <br /> i <br /> In addition to the other requirements and conditions <br /> imposed on COUNTY which JANUS HOUSE agrees to comply with as <br /> aforesaid, JANUS HOUSE expressly agrees to keep all records and <br /> prepare all reports and evaluations required to be kept and pre- <br /> pared by COUNTY. JANUS HOUSE further agrees to maintain all <br /> records, reports and evaluations and make the same accessible to <br /> authorized federal, state and COUNTY officials for the purpose of <br /> audit and examination. All required records hereunder shall be <br /> a <br /> maintained until a LEAA audit is completed and all questions <br /> arising therefrom are resolved, or maintained for five (5) years <br /> after completion of the project, whichever is sooner. <br /> IV.
