As you are aware, . there will, be j75 million specifically <br /> mazked for Secondary Roads improvements, This will be in addition <br /> to the present allocation of funds approved by the General. Assembly <br /> for 1977.78 and 1978-79. <br /> 7 wanted to share this information with you far your use in <br /> Promoting the Bond Program. l know this money will partainl,y ha.ip <br /> in addressing the road reeds in Orange County., <br /> Our Administration .i..s committed to improving Our transportation <br /> system and feral the Bond proceeds wi.,ll help all of our systems -- <br /> primary, secondary, and urban..
