Lewis Harrelson; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ATTORNEY has agreed to represent the <br /> COUN Y as is hereinafter provided in the matter of Elvinia <br /> Harr Ison v. Lewis Harrelson; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutu <br /> ter and agreements hereinafter set forth , the COUNTY and the <br /> ATT RNEY do contract, each with the other as follows ; <br /> 1.
