A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, <br /> North Carolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the <br /> regular place of meeting at 10:00 o'clock a.m. , on October 3, <br /> 1977. <br /> Present: Commissioners Richard F•'hitted, Norman Walker, <br /> Norman Gustaveson, Jan Pinney and Donald Willhoit <br /> Absent: None <br /> r <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE FINANCING BY <br /> ORANGE COUNTY�OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COST OF PAVING <br /> NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD 1#1820, ALSO KNOWN AS JEFFERSON <br /> DRIVE, NORTH CAROLINA, STATE ROAD 41821, ALSO KNOWN AS <br /> WASHINGTON DRIVE AND NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD 41,822, <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS KENNEDY CIRCLE, IN ENO TOWNSHIP, ORANGE <br /> COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange <br /> County has elected to finance the local share of the cost of <br /> paving North Carolina State Road ;1820, also known as Jefferson <br /> Drive, North Carolina State Road 1#1821, also known as Washington <br /> Drive. and North Carolina State Road 1#1822, also known as Kennedy <br /> Circle, located in Eno Township, orange County, as permitted by <br /> North Carolina General Statute 6153A185(4) and as provided for <br /> in North Carolina General Statute §153A205 a; <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. Orange County shall undertake the financing of the <br /> local share of paving North Carolina State Road 1#1820, also known <br /> as Jefferson Drive, North Carolina State Road .1821, also known <br /> as Washington Drive and North Carolina State Road 171T1,822, also <br /> ]mown as Kennedy Circle, located in Eno Township, Orange County, <br /> North Carolina. <br /> 2. The basis for assessment for the local share of the <br /> cost of this project shall be the area of each lot served by the <br /> project at an equal rate per unit of area. <br /> 3.
