T at you further find, order and direct with respect to <br /> 1 40 that no decision shall be made with regard to 1-40 <br /> r,uting until a revised Environmental Impact Study is compi <br /> circulated for comment and discussed in a further public <br /> h aring. <br /> 6 . T at you, further find specifically with regard to the Last <br /> public hearing held June 29 , 1976, at Rogers Herr School, <br /> DI ham, North Carolina, that such hearing should be regarde <br /> a having been conducted in such manner as to have rendered <br /> t e same null , void and ineffective and not in compliance <br /> w th procedure or law for the following reasons : <br /> ( ) A primary purpose of the hearing of June 29 , 1976, was <br /> obtain a recorded transcript for the record for later <br /> review and for circulation to interested Federal._ and <br />
