C. <br /> Dear Sirs: <br /> After sever4 months of exhaustive investigation, interviewing and <br /> extensive deliber tions the Orange County Board of Health has selected <br /> candidate number 2 for the position of Local Health Administrator III in the <br /> Orange County Dep tment of Public Health. <br /> Currently, Candidate number 82 is the Assistant Administrator for the <br /> Public Health Department of Winnebago County, Rockford, Illinois. He handles <br /> the day to day a "nistration of the Health Department, which has a full time <br /> staff of X15 peop a and a part time staff of 30 people. The department has 18 <br /> programs with a b dget of over 1 1/2 million dollars. <br /> He is thorou hly committed in using the resources of Orange County to <br /> upgrade the servi es of our Health Department for all its people.
