Article 4 . Penalties . <br /> Ai violations of the provisions of this Ordinance shall <br /> constitute a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine <br /> not exceeding FIFTY DOLLARS ($50 .00) or imprisonment not <br /> exceeding thirty (30) days as provided by G . S . 14--4 or by <br /> injunctl as provided 3 p in G. S. 153A-123 . <br /> SIction 2 . if any section, subdivision, clause, or <br /> provision of this Ordinance shall be adjudged invalid, such <br /> adjudication shall apply only to such section, subdivision, <br /> clause, or provision so adjudged, and the remainder of this <br /> Ordinan e shall be deemed valid and effective. <br /> S ction 3. All Ordinances and clauses of Ordinances in <br /> confl.ic herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> S ction 4 .
