Restrictive Measures in Effect at Each Stage <br /> of Shor age. <br /> T I e severity of the water shortage shall be determined <br /> by the level of University Lake, and the restrictive Measures in <br /> effect it each stage are as follows: <br /> (l } In the event the water level of University Lake <br /> reaches 346 feet (36 inches below full) , a stage I <br /> water shortage ALERT shall be in effect, and the <br /> following voluntary water restrictions imposed: <br /> a.
