(C.R.T,) <br /> Office Manager (Chapel Hill Tenant's Association) <br /> Switchboard Operator (Orange County) <br /> Van Monitor (Learning Center) <br /> Weatherization (JOCCA) <br /> The staff recommends six (6) slots to be awarded to JOCCA's weatherization <br /> program. This program supported by Orange County for several years and is listed <br /> as a "top priority" in the federal regulations. By awarding 6112 part--time <br /> positions, Orange County will effectively be providing one (3) man crew to assist <br /> in weatherization and "energy assistance" projects. It should be noted that JOCCA <br /> appears in three of the four categories listed above. Also, this project <br /> should result in countywide benefit. <br /> The staff further recommends that the remaining two slots be filled from <br /> the "Jobs with Special Emphasis" category These jobs might serve to attract <br />
