Staff feels the word should staff <br /> value of contigous property. <br /> 3, 8.2(d) Rather than the word "compliance" 3. Staff feels that compliance is <br /> cotild the wards "substantial conflict" be what should be looUed for in <br /> used?. proposed Special.
