n <br /> Memorandum Planning 'Board <br /> December 1, 1980 <br /> Page 4 <br /> 2.4.2.1 Duties and Responsibilities <br /> The development advisory committee has the following <br /> duties and responsibilities: <br /> The committee shall: <br /> a) Review proposed amendments, planned developments, special <br /> uses, rezonings, and subdivisions for the Zoning officer <br /> on the technical issues raised, and <br /> b) Review in cooperation with the Zoning officer the relationship <br /> between the comprehensive plan and this code; and <br /> c) produce, as required, for all County governing bodies <br /> and planning boards a report on such amendments, planned <br /> developments, special uses, rezonings, subdivisions car <br /> other technical issues that may be referred to the co=ittee. <br /> 2.4.2..2 Rules and Regulations <br /> The Development Advisory Committee shall adopt rules, and <br /> regulations necessary to the conduct of its affairs and in <br /> keeping with the provisions of this ordinance.. The rules <br /> and regulations shall at least provide procedures for the <br /> conduct of reviews and voting, times for meetings, and <br /> forms to be used for making reports. The rules, recJalations, <br /> and minutes of the Development Advisory Ca mni-ttee a a main- <br /> tained as a separate document in the nature of a public record at <br /> the issuing office. <br /> 2.4.2..3 Reports <br /> The Development Advisory Committee shall prepare its xeport <br /> on a proposed amendment, special use, planned development, <br /> or subdivision on the basis of the petition, if any, and <br /> supporting documentation as well as any public plans, studies, <br /> or data. <br /> Article 3 <br /> 4 <br /> In the title change map to atlas here and throughout the body of <br /> the text. <br /> 3.8 Change to words "within five days" to "immediately upon." <br /> Delete may reduce in the last line of this subsection. <br />
