Adjacent property owners are those whose <br /> names and addresses are currently listed in the Orange County <br /> tax records and whose property lies within five hundred feet 1 <br /> of the affected property." <br /> 8.5 In the first sentence after the word "shall" add the words <br /> "within seven days" <br /> 8.8.1 Delete the paragraph that defined extraction of earth <br /> products. <br /> 8.8.1.2 a) 2) Change "55" to 1168" <br /> Change 1145" to "58" <br /> 8.8.1.2 g) Change the third sentence to read "Such preformance <br /> guarantee shall be in a form approved by the county Attorney... . <br /> The amount of such guarantee shall cover the cost of rehabilitation_ <br /> The applicants engineer shall certify the costs of rehabilitation <br /> on a per acre basis, if the cost does not exceed the amount of <br /> the State Mining Act and Orange County will accept that amount <br /> as posted with the State„ if the rehabilitation costs exceed <br /> the amounts required by the state then the difference shall be <br /> made up in a bond to Orange County. <br /> 8.8.3 Delete "pumping stations" add "water treatment and sewage <br /> treatment plants" <br /> Add this subsection: <br /> ' "8.8.11.2 Standards of Evaluation <br /> The following specific standards shall be used in deciding an <br /> application for approval of this use:' <br /> 1. The site is of adequate size to protect adjacent properties <br /> from adverse effects of the kennel. <br /> !; 2. No part of any building, structure, or runway in which <br /> animals are housed shall be closer than 150" from a property <br /> line, except property owned or occupied by an owner operator <br /> of the kennel.
