AGENOA ATTACHME T 236 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> 1980-81 <br /> WHEREAS sufficient funds are available to Orange County from the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide a balanced budget <br /> wherein services available for the project are equal to the appropriations. I, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, The Board of Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina, <br /> in regular session assembled, do ordain, that the following sums be appropriated: <br /> Personnel Operations Ca�pital Total <br /> Section 1: <br /> Fund <br /> Community Development II <br /> Administration 66,942. 24,036. 4,100. 95,078. <br /> Rehabilitation 32,667, 192,000. 224,667. <br /> Street Improvements 270,000. 270,000. <br /> Landfill & Park 6,700. 6,700 <br /> Easement Property Acquisition 82,555. 82,555. <br /> Section II: <br /> Fund Resources Amount <br /> Community Development II 679,0007 679,000. <br /> This ordinance shall be entered into the minutes of the Board of Commissioners <br /> of Orange County, and copies of the ordinance will be'filed with the Finance Officer, <br /> the Budget Officer, and the Clerk to the Board within five days of its adoption. <br />
