.. i <br /> e. NSLS, using students as outlined above, will provide direct <br /> services to 100 individuals. <br /> f. NSLS will provide monthly activity reports to Orange County <br /> Department on Aging regarding performance of this agreement. <br /> g. Quarterly review meetings will be held with Department on Agin,( <br /> staff and NSLS students over the course of the contract. <br /> 2. Orange County, in consideration for the services to be pro- <br /> vided as described above, will provide to NSLS the sum of $1 ,500 from <br /> Orange County which will be paid in two equal payments; one on or about <br /> November 30, 1980 and one on April 30, 1981 . <br /> 3. It is agreed that this contract will be performed in accor- <br /> dance with the final regulations of the Older Americans Act and that therel <br /> will not be a "means test" imposed to determine eligibility for services <br /> performed hereunder. <br /> ' 4.
