6.21 Existing Mobile Home Parks <br /> 6.21.1 P.xnansion of Existing Mobile Home Parks <br /> Existing mobile home parks that do not meet the standards <br /> set forth in Sections 6.12 and 5.2 shall be considered non- <br /> conforming. Such parks shall not expand in any Way, but <br /> shall be allowed to remove and replace units within the <br /> existing park. Removal and replacement of units shall not <br /> be considered expansion of the non-conforming use. <br /> 6.21.2 Unconstructed Previously Approved Mobile Home Parks <br /> Mobile home parks or portions thereof that have been <br /> previously approved but do not have sewage disposal I <br /> systems installed on th'e date of adoption of this <br /> ordinance shall meet the standards set forth in Sections <br /> 6.12 and 5.2. <br /> 6,22 82plication Of Bonus Intensities For Lower Income Housing To <br /> The R-13 Hi h Intensit Residential Distract <br /> 6.22.1 Intent <br /> In order to provide for the availability of affordable <br /> housing to all segments of the population of Orange <br /> County it is intended that the bonus intensities established <br /> in this section provide incentive for the development of <br /> lower-income housing, It is further intended that such <br /> bonus intensities be used to promote economically mixed <br /> housing developments and to contribute to the provision of <br /> a range of housing types for lower-income house-holds. <br /> 6.22.2 A2Plicahility <br /> The Planned Development in R-13 High Intensity Residential <br /> District in Subsections 5.2,1 and 5.2.2 may only be used for <br /> any housing development which shall ensure that a two dwelling <br /> unit or at least ten ,percent (lo%) of the total residential <br /> floor area of the development, whichever is greater, is <br /> contained in dwelling units for which an agreement to enter <br /> into a payment contract has been executed between the developer <br /> and the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development <br /> (HUD) in accord with HUD's Section 8 new construction or <br /> substantial rehabilitation programs <br /> 6.23 <br />
