'1 <br /> S <br /> 6.11 irregular Lots -- Further Subdivision or Creation <br /> Any irregular lot of record at the time these regula- <br /> tions become effective may be subdivided in compliance <br /> with applicable subdivision regulations and improvement <br /> requirements, to create additional regular lots, pro- <br /> vided that such lots meet all requirements of the dis- <br /> trict and that no residual substandard lots remain as <br /> a result of such action. <br /> 6,1:4 Supplemental Re lations For PD Districts, And other <br /> Developments Controlled By The Land Use Intensit S stem <br /> The following regulations shall apply generally or in <br /> groups of districts as indicated, unless district <br /> regulations specifically provide to the contrary and <br /> qualify or supplement other regulations appearing in <br /> this ordinance. <br /> PD-H districts permit attached and multi-family <br /> dwelling and lodging uses and mixtures dwelling <br /> types, as do certain other districts. Residential <br /> uses in such districts require special forms of <br /> regulations, some features of which are applicable <br /> to other uses. The provisions that follow relate to <br /> the Land-Use-Intensity (LUI) system, and the official <br /> Zoning Atlas, as provided; in such districts or to <br /> such uses; and to other special requirements and <br /> limitations. <br /> 6.12.1 Adoption of 'Volumes 2 And 4 Of HUD's Minimum Pro ert <br /> Standards Series As Su lemental Guides <br /> Except as generally or specifically modified herein, <br /> Practices, in their current editions, as published by <br /> the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, <br /> together with related standards and explanatory material, <br /> shall be a supplemental guide on site and building plan- <br /> ning and related definitions, measurement ratios, and <br /> requirements.
