6.6 Permitted projections Into Required Open Space <br /> 6.6,1 Certain architectural features such as cornices, eaves <br /> and gutters may project three feet into the required <br /> front open space, one foot into the required rear open <br /> space and one foot into the required side open space, <br /> 6.6.2 An unenclosed balcony or porch fire escape or metal <br /> awning may project into the required front open space <br /> or required rear open space for a distance not to exceed <br /> five feet, or into the required side open space for a <br /> distance not to exceed three feety however a porch <br /> which is screen or glass,enclosed shall, be considered <br /> an enclosed porch. An enclosed vetibule, containing <br /> not more than forty square feet, may project into the <br /> required front open space for a distance not to exceed <br /> four feet. <br /> 6.6.3 RESERVED <br /> 6.7 Accesso Structures In Residential Districts <br /> Accessory structures shall not be erected in any <br /> required front open space and shall also conform to <br /> all other regulations in the zoning ordinance. <br /> 6.7.1 An attached private garage, or carport, not exceeding <br /> twelve feet in height, may occupy a portion of the <br /> required side open space, provided that this does not <br /> result in a required side open space of less than seven <br /> percent of the lot width, nor a total, when combined <br /> with the required side open space of the lot immediately <br /> adjacent, of less than eight feet. <br /> 6.7.2 RESERVED <br /> 6.8 Visibilit At Intersections <br /> on a corner lot nothing shall be erected, placed, planted <br /> or allowed to grow in such a manner as to materially <br /> block vision between a height of three and ten feet above <br /> the center line grades of the interset•ting streets in <br /> the area bounded by the street lines of such corner <br /> lots and a line joining points along said street lines <br /> twenty feet from the point of the intersection of the <br /> street lines. <br /> 6.9 RESERVED <br /> 6.10 RESERVED <br /> 6-3 <br />
