Access would consist of direct vehicular access to streets <br /> designated either arterial or collector. <br /> 4.2.22 Heav <br /> y1ndustrial:III (I-3) District <br /> a) intent <br /> The purpose of the Heavy Industrial-III (I-3) District is to <br /> provide locations for enterprises engaged in a broad range of <br /> manufacturing, processing, creating, repairing, renovating, <br /> painting, cleaning, or assembling of goods, merchandise or <br /> equipment. Performance standards will be used to insure <br /> the absences of adverse impacts beyond the zoning district <br /> boundary. <br /> b) Application Critreia <br /> This district will usually be applied where the following <br /> conditions exists: <br /> 1. Access to rail <br /> service is desirable but not required. <br /> 4.2.23 A icultural Service (A5) District 4 <br /> a) Intent <br /> The purpose of the Agricultural Service (AS) District is to <br /> provide sites in the rural portion of the county for rural <br /> non-farm, non-residential uses which support the horticultural, <br /> sylvicultural, and agricultural uses of the R-1 and AR districts. <br /> 4-9 <br />
