The site is located outside of the Chapel Hill Joint Planning i area and within an Industrial Transition Activity node or a Rural industrial Activity node. 2. Lot size for individual uses shall be appropriate to the method of water supply and sewage disposal. I 3. Access would consist of direct vehicular access to streets designated either arterial or collector. Access to rail service is desireable but not required. 4.2.21 Medium Industrial-11 (1-2) District a) Intent t The intent of the Medium Industrial-11 (1-2) District is to provide locations for enterprises engaged in manufacturing, processing, creating, repairing, renovating, painting, cleaning, x and assembling of goods, merchandise or equipment.
