3.7 Unauthroized Changes Prohibited <br /> Changes to the official Zoning Atlas, other than those authorized <br /> by duly approved amendments to this ordinance, shall not be made. <br /> The making of unaut:`,nrized changes to the official Zoning Atlas <br /> shall be considered a violation of this ordinance <br /> 3.8 Effective Date Of Amendments <br /> Amendments to the zoning ordinance which result in the change in <br /> classification of any piece of land shall become effective within <br /> five days of enactment by the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> The Hoard of County Commissioners, upon a finding of due cause, <br /> may reduce or extend the effective date of any such amendments. <br /> 3.9 official Zonin Atlas E lacement <br /> When all or part of the Official Zoning Atlas becomes damaged, lost, <br /> destroyed, worn or hard to interpret by reason of its age, condition, <br /> number of changes or otherwise, replacement may be authorized by <br /> resolution of the Board of Commissioners This new edition of the <br /> official Zoning Atlas may not change the zoning status of any pro- <br /> perty. such replacements shall be authenticated by the Clerk of <br /> the Board of County Commissioners and shall bear the date and <br /> number of authorizing resolution. <br /> 3.3.8 lntEEKStatian Of bistri.ct Boundaries <br /> When there is any uncertainty as to the intended location of any <br /> zoning district boundary on the Zoning Atlas, the Zoning Officer <br /> shall make an interpretation of said Atlas upon request of any m <br /> person. Any person aggrieved by any such interpretation may app eal <br /> such interpretation to the Board of Adjustment. The Zoning officer <br /> and the Board of Adjustment, in interpreting the Zoning Atlas or <br /> deciding any appeal, shall apply the following standards: <br /> a) Boundaries indicated as approximately following the centerlines of <br /> streets; highways or alleys shall be construed as following such <br /> centerlines; <br /> b) Boundaries indicated as approximately following lot lines shall <br /> be construed as following such lot lines; <br /> c) Boundaries indicated as approximately following City Limits shall <br /> be construed as following such City Limits; <br /> d) Boundaries indicated as following railroad lines shall be construed <br /> to be midway between the main tracks; <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Y <br /> 3-2 <br /> i <br /> I <br /> i <br />
