2.3.7.2 "An appeal for an interpretation of a decision, determination or <br /> directive of the Zoning officer must be filed within fourteen <br /> days after the decision, determination or directive was made <br /> by the Zoning Officer and record of that action filed in the <br /> office of the Zoning Officer", <br /> 2.3.8 Appeal Stays Further Proceedings <br /> An appeal to the Board of Adjustment from a decision or deter- <br /> mination of the Zoning officer stays all proceedings in further- <br /> ance of the decision or determination appealed from, except <br /> as provided in 2.3.9. <br /> 2.3.9 Exceptions to Stay of Action <br /> 2.3.9.1 An appeal to the Board cif Adjustment of a determination or <br /> decision of the Zoning .officer shall not stay further pro- <br /> ceedings in furtherance of the decision or determination appealed <br /> from, if the Zoning bfficei certifies either: <br /> a7 That in the opinion of the Zoning Officer a stay would cause <br /> imminent peril to life and/or property. <br /> b} That the situation appealed from is transitory in nature and, <br /> therefore an appeal would seriously interfere with enforce- <br /> ment of the ordinance. <br /> 2.3.9.2 la each instance, the Zoning officer shall place in the <br /> certificate facts to support the conclusion. <br /> 2.3.10 Appeals of Board of Adjustment Actions <br /> Every decision of the Board shall be subject to review at the <br /> instance of any aggrieved party by the Superior Cou_r"t by pro- <br /> ceedings in the nature of certiorari.
