d) Pass upon, decide or determine such other mattexs as may be <br /> required by this ordinance. <br /> 2.3.3 Board of Adjustment Administration <br /> 2.3.3,1 The Board shall adopt Rules of Procedures and regulations for <br /> the conduct of its affairs. <br /> 2.3,3.2 All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public. <br /> 2.3.3.3 The Board shall keep a record Of its meetings, including he <br /> vote of each member on every qu estionof <br /> the evidence submitted to it; documents submitted to it and <br /> all official actions. <br /> 2.3.3.4 The Board shall give notice of matters coming before it by <br /> causing public notation to be placed in a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the County. The notice shall appear once a <br /> week for two consecutive weeks, the first insertion to be not <br /> less than fifteen days prior to the meeting date. <br /> 2,3.3.5 The person acting as Chair of the Board is authorized to <br /> administer oaths to any witnesses in any matter coming before <br /> the Board. <br /> 2.3.3.6 Applications for Special Use approvals, applications for <br /> variances and appeals for review of decisions of the Zoning <br /> officer shall be filed with the Zoning officer as agent for <br /> the Board. Applications and appeals shall be submitted on forms <br /> provided by the Zoning officer. <br /> 2.3.3.7 it shall be the responsibility of the Zoning officer to notify <br /> the parties to the application or appeal of the disposition <br /> which the Board made of the matter. This notice shall be <br /> made by registered or certified mail within five working days <br /> simultaneously <br /> of the Board s actions. The Zoning oficer <br /> keep on file a copy of the Hoard's action. <br /> 2,3.3.8 it shall be the responsibility of the Zoning officer to issue <br /> permits in accord with the Board's action on an appeal or ap- <br /> plication, if a permit is authorized by the Board's actions. <br /> 2-9 <br />
