<br /> property, utilities, or terminals; the most desirable pattern
<br /> of land use within the area, including areas for residential
<br /> uses, for farming and forestry, for manufacturing and indust-
<br /> rial uses, for commercial uses, for recreational uses, for
<br /> open spaces, and for mused uses.
