22.7.21 Service Station <br /> An establishment where gasoline, diesel oil and/or of-.her <br /> and <br /> fuel for internal combustion engines is supplied <br /> following <br /> dispersed at retaende rendered andesales,dmadeoand no other- <br /> services may <br /> a) Sale and }servicing of spark plugs, batteries and cListributers <br /> and ignition system parts; <br /> b) Sale, servicing and repair of tires, but not recapping or <br /> regrooving; <br /> c) Replacement of mufflers, tail pipes, water hose, fan belts, <br /> brake fluid; light bulbs, windshield wipers and blades, <br /> grease reatiners, wheel bearings and the like; <br /> d) Radiator cleaning, flushing and fluid replacement; <br /> e) Washing and polishing-an <br /> sale of automotive vrashing and <br /> polishing supplies; <br /> f) Greasing and lubrication; <br /> g) Providing and repairing of fuel PUMPS, ail pumps and lines; <br /> h) Minor adjusting and repair of carburetors; <br /> i) Emergency repair of wiring; <br /> j) Adjusting and repairing of brakes; <br /> k) Minor motor adjustments not involving removal of the head or <br /> crankcase; <br /> 1) sales of beverages, packaged foods, tobacco products and <br /> similar convenience goods for customers, as accessory and <br /> incidental to the principal operations; <br /> m) Provision of road maps and other 'travel information to customers; <br /> n) provision of restroom facilities- <br /> A service station is not a repair garage nor a body shop. <br /> Uses permissible at a service station doo not <br /> badyinclude major mechanical and body work, straightening operating <br /> paint- <br /> ing, welding, storage of automobiles or trucks not opera g <br /> condition or other operations involving noise, g <br /> fumes or other characteristics to an extent greater than <br /> normally found in service stations. <br /> 22-21 <br />
