8.$.19 Electric, Gas And ii id Fuel. Transmission Lines (Class <br /> 8 Special Use) <br /> 6.8.19,1 Additional. Information <br /> In addition to the information required by Subsection <br /> B.B.1.1, the following shall be submitted as part of the <br /> application: <br /> a) A site Plan showing all existing and proposed structures <br /> within the site of the line, as well as all existing <br /> structures within fifty feet of the boundaries of the sate. <br /> officially designated floodways anf floodplains shall <br /> also be depicted. <br /> b) A plan of erosion and sbd9ment controls for the site. ; <br /> c) Typical cross sections for the installation showing <br /> elevation of all structures and existing artd proposed <br /> topography. <br /> d) Plans, elevations and perspective views of all proposed <br /> structures and descriptions Of the color and nature of <br /> all exterior materials• <br /> e) A statement showing the public convenience and necessity <br /> of such a proposed installation. <br /> 8.8,19.2 Standards of Evaluation <br /> The following standards shall be used in deciding on an <br /> application for approval of these Special. Uses: <br /> a) Adequate provision has been made to protect adjacent <br /> property from the dangers of explosion, rupture, collapse, <br /> fire or other menaces to public health and safety. <br /> b) The public convenience and necessity shall be served by <br /> this proposed .installations if installed as Proposed, <br /> 8-Z9 <br />
