8.8.11 Kennels (Class 5 ecial Use) <br /> 8.8.11,1 Additional Information <br /> In ad8ition.to the information required in 8.8.1.11 the <br /> following shall be submitted as part of the application: <br /> t <br /> a) Plans for all kennels, exercise yards, pens and related <br /> improvements. <br /> b) Site plan showing the improvements listed in a) for <br /> other structures on the same lot and in relation to <br /> surrounding properties. <br /> 8.8.12 RESERVED <br /> 8.8.13 RESERVED <br /> 8.8.19 RESERVED <br /> 8.6.15 Cemeteries (Class B S ecial Use) <br /> 8.8.15.1 Additional Information <br /> In addition to the information required by Subsection <br /> the following information shall be supplied as <br /> part of the application: <br /> a) Evidence that the requirements of the North Carolina <br /> General Statutes Chapter 65 can be achieved and that the <br /> standards of the N.C. Cemetery commission shall be met. <br /> 8.8.15,2 Standards of v'alnation <br /> The following specific standards shall be used in deciding <br /> an application for approval of this use: <br /> a) A minianum lot size of two acres is provided. <br /> b) The side shall have direct access to a collector or <br /> arterial street. <br /> c) There shall be adequate space within the site for the <br /> parking and maneuvering of funeral carteges. <br /> d) No internments shall take place within thirty feet of any <br /> lot line. <br /> 8-16 <br /> i <br />
