8.8.9 Adult Uses (Class A S ecial Use) <br /> 8.8.9.1 Additional Information <br /> In addition to the information required by Section <br /> 8.8.1.1, the following information shall be supplied <br /> as part of the application: <br /> a) Elevations of the building as proposed. <br /> b) A site plan showing the lot, with all existing and <br /> proposed buildings thereon and showing the distance <br /> to the nearest existing adult use, if within 1000 feet. <br /> 8.8.9.2 Standards of Evaluation <br /> The following specific standards shall be used in <br /> dgci.ding an application for approval of this class of use: <br /> 1) All windows, doors, openings, entries, etc- for all adult <br /> uses shall be so located, covered, screened or otherwise <br /> treated that views into the interior of the establishment <br /> are not possible from any public or semi-public area, <br /> street or way. <br /> 2) No adult use shall be established within 500 feet of any <br /> residentially zoned land, nor within 500 feet of any <br /> church, school, park, playground, synagogue, convent, <br /> library, or areas where large numbers of minors regularly <br /> travel or congregate. <br /> l) No adult use shall be located within a 500 foot radius <br /> of another adult use. <br /> 8.8.10 Junkyards (Class A Special Use) <br /> 8.8.10.1 Additional information <br /> In addition to the information required in 8,B.1,.1, the <br /> following additional information shall be submitted as <br /> part of the application: <br /> a) Detailed plans and specifications for the site screeing <br /> proposed.. <br /> b) Description of type and number of motorized machines to <br /> be employed upon site. <br /> 8.8.10.2 Standards of Evaluation <br /> a) The site shall be ,screened from adjacent property by a <br /> minimum of an eight foot high solid fence or equ <br /> interrupted except for required vehicle access points. <br /> 8-15 <br />
