c) A Rehabilitation Plan which shall include: <br /> 1) A statement of planned future use of site, including de- <br /> tailed methods of accomplishment. <br /> 2) A map, to the same scale as the Site Pled ground <br /> showing <br /> cover pro- <br /> posed proposed topography, landscaping <br /> posed and any drainage or other structures proposed, <br /> 3) A phased plan of rehabilitation, related to the operations <br /> plan, showing how the rehabilitation will relate to the <br /> fill operations and the date of final completion. <br /> 8.8.2.2 StandardsOf Evaluatlo <br /> The following standards shall be used in evaluating an ap- <br /> plication for a permit to conduct a sanitary fill: <br /> 1) All operations associate !with the fill shall conform <br /> to the following perforamnce standards: <br /> a) Direct illumination resulting from the operation shall <br /> not fall upon any land not covered by the application. <br /> b) Equivalent e levels t <br /> shall not exceedthefollowingdstandards e fill <br /> between 7:00 a.m, and 8:00 p.m. 55 dBA <br /> between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. 45 dBA <br /> c) Vibration levels at the boundaries of the fill site shall <br /> not exceed the following standards: <br /> Maximum Peak Particle Velocity <br /> steady state l,o inches/second <br /> impact 2.6 inches/second <br /> Note: The maximum particle velocity shall be the maximum <br /> ums of three mutually perpendicular <br /> displacement vector s <br /> simultaneously, multiplied by the <br /> components, recorded <br /> frequency in cycles per <br /> For purposes of this ordinance, steady-state vibrations <br /> are vibrations which are continuous, or Vibrations i .nute. <br /> discrete impulses more frequent than sixty (60) p mi <br /> Discrete impulses which do not exceed sixty (60) P er minute, <br /> shall be considered impact vibrations. <br /> 2) The Rehabilitation Plan shall be referred to the Orange <br /> County Soil and Water Conservation District <br /> the landscape <br /> and recommendation, in particular regarding <br /> material specified, the planting and maintenance proposed <br /> to ensure continuous growth and development, and the <br /> acceptability of the proposals for the handling of lakes, <br /> ponds, etc. <br /> 8--11 <br />
