d) Floor Area Limitations <br /> Maximum floor area permuted in any PD-I district small be <br /> as established in Article 5.2.4 for the corresponding <br /> zoning district. <br /> e) Height Limitations <br /> s <br /> Maximum height of buildings shall be as established in Article <br /> 5 and Subsection 6.4.2. <br /> f) Pedestrian and Landscaped Common Area Requirements <br /> in general, pedestrian and landscaped common area require- <br /> ments shall be as established in section 5.2.4, provided, <br /> however, that the Planning Board may recommend, and Board of <br /> F Con=issi.oners require, lesser amounts of pedestrian and land- <br /> scaped common area where the type of uses involved and the <br /> location in relation to adjoining development and zoning <br /> justify such reduction but in no case shall such area require- <br /> ment be reduced to less than .10 times the net land area of <br /> the district. <br /> g) off-Street Barking and Loading Requirements <br /> Off-street parking and loading requirements shall be as <br /> established in Article 10.
