7.15.,7 Off-Street Parkin ; Loadin Requirements <br /> Off-street parking shall be provided as required by <br /> Article 10. Off-street loading shall be provided with <br /> area location and design appropriate to the needs of <br /> occupants of the district and protection of adjacent <br /> property from adverse effects. No space designated <br /> as required off-street loading space or maneuvering, <br /> room for vehicles being loaded or unloaded. <br /> 7.15.8 UnderSEound Electrical and Tele htsne Utilities <br /> Electrical and telephone distribution and service <br /> lines shall be underground in any PD-C district. <br /> k <br /> 7.15.9 S£ n Limitations <br /> Signs in PD-C districts shall be erected as required <br /> in article 9. Insofar as reasonably practicable, <br /> no signs in PD-C districts shall be oriented toward <br /> nearby residentially zoned districts. <br /> 7.15.10 Site Plannin <br /> a) External Relationships <br /> 1� Orientation of permitted uses and structures shall be <br /> toward streets other than adjacent minor streets in <br /> residential neighborhoods, and away from such neighbor- <br /> hoods whether or not the district is separated from residential <br /> areas by streets; <br /> 2. Vehicular and pedestrian access. Principal vehicular <br /> access points shall be designed to encourage smooth <br /> traffic flow with controlled turning movements and <br /> minimum hazards to vehicular or pedestrian traffic. <br /> Merging and turn-out lanes, frontage streets, and/or <br /> traffic dividers shall be required where existing or <br /> anticipated heavy flows indicate need. <br /> Whether required or provided voluntarilyr such merging <br /> and turn-out lanes, frontage streets and/or traffic <br /> dividers may be included as part of the required yard <br /> adjacent to the street, provided, however, that no <br /> such lanes, streets or dividers shall be located in any <br /> part of any required landscaped yard established as <br /> required in Subsection 3. <br /> 7-22 <br />
