<br /> subject to appellate review as provided by law. '

<br /> If removal of We CATV system from the streets, roads
<br /> for public places is required by any law, statute of regulation,
<br /> such removal shall be pex-formed by and at the expense of the
<br /> terminated grantee. In carrying out this removal, the grantee
<br /> shall place the streets, roads or public places in the sane
<br /> condition as before the system was built. If the county or the
<br /> state is forced to remove the system, the work shall be done at
<br /> the expense of the terminated grantee.
<br /> Section VIII. Authority granted by the franchise.

<br /> (a) The grantee of any franchise granted pursuant to i

<br /> i the provisions of this ordinance shall, subjc+vt to the conditions i

<br /> and restrictions set out in this ordinance: be authorized to con- }
