General Statutes <br /> specifies that the Area Board shall contain at least two persons licensed <br /> to practice medicine in worth Carolina. <br /> It is not necessary that either physician be a psychiatrist. <br /> While Dr. Gray was a female and if we do not have a female replacing <br /> her, it will adversly affect the sexual composition of the Board, I feel <br /> it is more important to obtain a licensed physician. <br /> If I may be of help in this, please let me know. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> William T.
