He gave a brief history of..the Copeland property,. <br /> saying he would provide a more detailed explanation upon re- <br /> quest. Mr. Loftin indicated that the owners'of lots 2 and 3 <br /> were unwilling to sign a road maintenance agreement at this <br /> time_ <br /> Dr. Kizer asked if a right of way had been reserved <br /> extends <br /> in <br /> ndthe <br /> deeds.
