To be responsible for remaining in compliance with the terms <br /> of the agreement and the provisions of Title XIX of the <br /> Social Security Act, and'regul.ati.ons issued thereunder_ <br /> 2. To accept Medicaid recipients for care and treatment. To <br /> provide approved services to eligible recipients under the <br /> North Carolina Medical. Rights Act of 1964 and <br /> Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973) . That if it <br /> has any restrictions on the type of services it will. make <br /> available and/or the type of health coriditions that it wi.l.l <br /> accept, or has any other criteria relating to the acceptance <br /> of persons for care and treatment, these restrictions or <br /> criteria must be applicable to all persons seeking its services <br /> and not just to Medicaid recipi.dnts. <br /> 3. To accept payment for Medicaid covered services in accordance <br /> with the rules and regulations for reimbursement, promulgated <br /> by the Secretary of Health and Human Services and by the <br /> State of North Carolina and established under the North. <br />
