Whitted, presiding, <br /> I <br /> Commi.'ssioners Norman Custaveson, Don Willhoit, Anne 'Barnes, and Norma <br /> l <br /> Walker <br /> Absen'it; _ None <br /> BE IT t-SOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for OI <br /> I <br /> County: <br /> i <br /> Section I . in order to plan for, evaluate, strengthen and <br /> I <br /> coordinate the activities and functions of the many and_ vari.e <br /> human' service efforts existing within Orange County, a need <br /> I <br /> exists to establish the ORANGE COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORN <br /> COMMIjSSION. <br /> Sectioon 11 . The COMZjISSION shall function in an advisory <br /> capac i ity providing counsel to the agencies, commissions, and <br /> i <br /> entities within the County which provide funding for human <br /> f <br /> services. it is hoped that this advice and counsel Will assi <br /> and i3courage effective delivery of these services to the pee <br /> 7 <br /> of Orange County in the most resource-efficient manner. <br /> E <br /> i <br /> Section III . There is hereby created and established the <br /> ORANGE COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORY COMMISSION. <br />
