It is not mandatory .tha <br /> i t you cosduCt this meeting. <br /> The purpose' of this meeting is to receive public comment about the environ- <br /> mental impact constrruction of these facilities would have on the surrounding <br /> community. A record of this meeting would be forwarded to the State RC & D <br /> Director who would decide if an environmental impact statement was warranted. <br /> It would be appropriate to limit the scope of a meeting such as this to the <br /> immediate issue iat hand and not the broader issue of the park in general . <br /> The time schedule for this meeting is not critical.
