Gattis <br /> County Manag <br /> _� <br /> FROM: h �ick Monte, Proprietor <br /> Family Supermarket Food Store <br /> DATE: dune 18, 1980 <br /> RE: Fireworks Permit; request for <br /> in accordance with contractural arrangements with the Orange County Department <br /> of Recreation and Parks and Family Supermarkets' donation of $6,500.00 <br /> ($4000.00 remitted - $2,500.00 outstanding) for the 1980 Fourth of truly <br /> Fireworks Display;. it is hereby requested that required local permit for <br /> said pyrotechnical activity be granted. As in 1979 all such activity <br /> will occur at Glen Auman Stadium on the campus of orange High School. A <br /> pyrotechnical engineer and a $1,000,000 combined single limit liability <br /> insurance policy, ##GLh 47-19-37 will he provided by the 7ambelli International, <br /> Fireworks Company.
