Jurisdiction <br /> In response to your request to develop cost figures for the enf'or'cement <br /> of County's subdivision regulations within the Taam of Hillsborough and its <br /> extra-territorial jurisdiction, the analysis offered in the r*,cer 13, 1970 <br /> �x� (attached) still holds. Tvn alternatives are as follows. ri.rst, approx- <br /> iriately 70 per cent of the present aclTamstrative costs can be xecoupad by <br /> charging $25.00 per subdivision and $1.0.00 per lot. The second alternative <br /> is that $25.00 per subdivision and $15,00 per lot wild recoup almost 95 per <br /> cent of our present administrative costs. <br /> Please note these costs follow one, two, and three of the Deer 13, <br /> 1979 recommendations. By charging the sari fee for both. major and minor sub- <br /> I divisions, -then neither is given preference. <br /> Care should be taken in using either of the alternatives as a mxtl for <br /> j a county--wide fee schedule- for subdivision approval.
