Each minor subdivision plat review costs about $63.00 <br /> plus how much the attorney would charge for each 'ROW and Road Maintenance <br /> Agreement and Security Instrument. Final plat review costs about $52.00 and <br /> preliminary plat review about $172.00 plus the costs of any attorney reviews <br /> mentioned above.
