The Statewide Family <br /> Planning Program bases its patient fee charges on the results of the Division <br /> of Health Sexvices' time/cost study. Fees charged to those receiving family <br /> planning services are the same as reimbursements from Medicaid and Title XX. <br /> Negotiated third party reimbursement rates will change effective July 1, 1980 <br /> based on results of the 1979 time/cost study.
