ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE ORANGE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> MAY 27, 1980 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that on the 27th day of May, 1980, the Board of <br /> County commissioners of Orange County voted to apply for matching funds <br /> under the North Carolina State Land Records Management Program; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners <br /> of Orange County that: <br /> 1. The grant requested be in the amount of $12,212.00. <br /> 2. The Board continue its willingness to participate in <br /> .l the State Land Records program. <br /> 3. The Board has the necessary funds in the General Fund <br /> for the FY 80- 81 to match the grant funds requested.. <br /> 4. The Board will assign said funds to this project. <br /> 5, Upon accepting grant funds made available, all applicable <br /> laws will be complied with. <br /> Adopted this the 27th day of May, 198 <br /> �U <br /> Richard E.
